Maarten Cornelis

Maarten Cornelis is currently a student at INSEAD, enhancing expertise in international business through a comprehensive program focused on global business strategies and collaboration with diverse peers. Previously, Maarten served as a Business Unit Manager at Group-IPS, driving growth in the UK market and overseeing significant projects, including the installation of a major green hydrogen facility in Belgium. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager and General Manager at IPS Canada Inc., where responsibilities encompassed large CAPEX project management, stakeholder negotiations, and financial improvements. Earlier positions featured project management and engineering roles in various industries, demonstrating a strong track record in delivering complex projects and improving operational efficiencies. Educationally, Maarten holds a Master’s in Bio-Engineering from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Antwerp, with an MBA from INSEAD anticipated in 2025.
