Stanislav Shekshnia

Stanislav Shekshnia is an accomplished academic and business leader with extensive experience in governance and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors at TechnoEnergy AG and Senior Partner at WH Advisors, Stanislav designs board development programs and enhances leadership effectiveness for various organizations. As a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at INSEAD since 2003, Stanislav combines academic insights with practical governance experience. Previous roles include Independent Director and Chair positions at multiple companies, such as SAMOLET Group and Russian Fishery, alongside senior partnerships at Ward Howell. Educational credentials include a PhD from Lomonosov Moscow State University and an MBA from Northeastern University, complemented by a Master's degree in Economics also from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
