Susan Long

Susan Long is an experienced academic and consultant with a focus on organizational dynamics and leadership. Currently, Susan serves as an Emeritus Professor and Co-Lead of the PhD Program at NIODA since June 2023 and conducts a yearly program in Transformational Leadership as an Associate at the Graduate School of Management, University of Melbourne. Since 2013, Susan has also been a Supervisor, Coach, and Visiting Professor at INSEAD, providing mentorship at the Singapore campus. In addition to these roles, Susan operates Susan Long Consulting, specializing in organizational consulting, coaching, and research since January 1990. Previously, Susan held positions as Research Lead and Co-Lead for the PhD program at NIODA until September 2023, and as an Adjunct Professor and Professor at RMIT University, where supervision and research were key responsibilities. Susan's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Melbourne and multiple degrees from Monash University and the University of Melbourne in education and psychology.
