Marcel Affolter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project leadership and agile transformation. Currently serving as the Leiter Projekt KISS at Insel Gruppe, Marcel Affolter is responsible for the implementation of the Epic Klinikinformations- und Steuerungssystems.
