Preethy Paul has a solid work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Preethy is currently serving as the Associate Vice President Human Resources at Insemi Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Director at the same company from July 2016 to December 2020. Preethy also has experience working as a Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition at Sankalp Semiconductor Pvt Ltd (Interra Systems) from December 2014 to June 2016. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at Symphony Teleca from October 2013 to December 2014. Preethy started their career as an IT Recruiter at ConnectPRO Management Consultants in July 2007 before moving on to work as a Principal Consultant at Adecco from September 2010 to September 2013.
