Alon Zadka

Alon Zadka has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alon currently serves as the Head of Product at INSHUR since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Mettle from April 2018 to May 2021. Alon also has experience as the Head of Innovation at Herbert Smith Freehills from January 2017 to April 2018, where they led the firm's innovation efforts and oversaw the development of digital products. Before that, they worked as a Senior Product Manager - Innovation at Lloyds Banking Group, where they were responsible for end-to-end product development and implementation of innovative concepts. Alon also held positions at OC&C Strategy Consultants as a Senior Associate, focusing on corporate strategy and commercial due diligence projects, and at the Israeli Defense Forces as a Commanding Sergeant, where they specialized in combat intelligence and commanded soldiers. Alon also co-founded Sigma Productions. Overall, Alon Zadka has a strong background in product management, innovation, and strategic development.

Alon Zadka holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Politics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. They also have a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Organisational Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In addition to their formal education, Alon has obtained certifications including Certified Practitioner of User Experience CPUX (UX Design) from UXQB – International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board e.V., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, and Service Design Practitioner from the University of the Arts London.
