Jessie Liao

Jessie Liao is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as the Head of US Actuarial at INSHUR since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jessie worked as a Senior Actuary at Plymouth Rock Assurance from February 2019 to July 2021 and held the same title at Liberty Mutual Insurance from June 2010 to January 2019, focusing on corporate reserving and personal insurance pricing. Earlier in the career, Jessie was an Assistant Actuary at Liberty Mutual Insurance, involved in personal insurance pricing, and worked as a Senior Actuarial Specialist at OneBeacon Insurance from August 2004 to June 2010. Jessie Liao holds a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics from The Ohio State University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
