Mat Valencic

Mat Valencic is an experienced People Operations professional with a strong background in talent management and business development. Currently serving as People Operations Lead and previously holding roles such as Senior People & Talent Partner at INSHUR, Mat is responsible for enhancing employee experience and engagement in a fast-growing startup. Prior to this, Mat worked at 20.20 Limited, overseeing staff and operations and contributing to business development efforts. Earlier experience includes managing operations and HR functions at OpenAd UK Ltd and serving as a Graphic Designer at OpenAd d.o.o. Mat holds a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design, University of Ljubljana.
