Kathleen Joyce Pedrosa

Kathleen Joyce Pedrosa is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Technology, Projects and Analytics Partner at Wonders since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kathleen held several positions at Afni Philippines Inc. from October 2013 to August 2020, advancing from Human Resources Assistant to Human Resources Specialist and ultimately to Human Resources Lead. Kathleen also gained talent acquisition experience at VXI Global Solutions, LLC from May 2012 to October 2013 and worked as a Recruitment and Sourcing Assistant at Alorica from June 2011 to April 2012. Educated at De La Salle Araneta University, Kathleen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from 2007 to 2011.
