Inside Out Leadership is led by Founder and CEO Nona Jones, bestselling author of Success from the Inside Out, Killing Comparison, and The Gift of Rejection. KPMG found that 75% of executive business women feel burned out while experiencing imposter syndrome; the belief that they are not qualified for their leadership role. Traditional executive coaching programs and women’s leadership conferences attempt to solve this problem by teaching women new leadership tactics, but burnout persists because they miss the root issues of spiritual, emotional, and psychological trauma.
