Shalyn Ferdinand

Shalyn Ferdinand, known as Shay, is a dynamic Director of Development at Inside Out and a talented actor with extensive experience in the film industry, including roles with Noble Caplan Abrams and Lucas Talent Inc. Shay also serves as the Director of Programs & Engagement at GEMS Vancouver, and has founded her own company, Touché PR, which Shalyn led until 2023. As an instructor, Shay has taught at APASS Education Group and Vada Studios, while actively facilitating Equity Diversity and Inclusion workshops. With educational credentials in leadership, community studies, public relations, and professional communication, Shay is committed to fostering positive social change through storytelling and authentic representation.
