Blaine Philipson

Blaine joined ISS in 2018 and has been in sales for over 10 years. He started as an SDR and learned from his manager exactly what it takes to be successful and drive success in others. Blaine spent a year of his time at ISS as a Training Development Executive coaching new hires to grow their careers at ISS. Prior to becoming a manager, Blaine was a Team Lead and soaked up knowledge on how to help cultivate a team mentality and drive others to reach their full potential.

As Manager of Deliver, Blaine has gotten to watch his efforts pay off as a member of his team has earned a promotion every month. Blaine’s focus is ensuring his team succeeds in reaching their personal goals while also ensuring that the relationships they build with the clients continue to grow and bring new opportunities to the team and organization.
