Sergio Florencio

Sergio Florencio is the current CFO at Insider Store. Prior to this, they were the Head of Finance and Accounting at Vialaser Depilação from November 2020 to March 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing the finance team, financial planning and business structuring, monitoring KPIs, preparing the annual budget, and implementing internal accounting procedures with an external accounting interface. Sergio also managed the treasury team, implemented cash flow projection routines, and structured the daily payment and border process. In addition, they automated payments via CNAB and SAP B1, conducted external audits with PWC and Deloitte, raised debt with retail banks, and participated in the company's roadshow and due diligence with private equity firms.

From April 2018 to November 2020, they were Controller at Liv Up where they managed the local team, consolidated country-level accounting and operational information, and controlled international company payments and receipts.

Sergio Florencio's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business and Accounting from the University of São Paulo, a Technical Degree in Business Administration from CEAP - Centro Educacional Assistencial Profissionalizante, a course in Applied Computer Science from CEAP - Centro Educacional Assistencial Profissionalizante, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Universidade de São Paulo. Sergio is also certified by EC English Language Centres in Intermediate General English, by the Conselho Regional de Contabilidade do Estado de São Paulo (CRCSP) as an accountant, and by Itaú Social in Economic Evaluation of Social Projects.
