Ulas Ciftcioglu

Ulas Ciftcioglu is an experienced data scientist and researcher with a substantial background in health data science and biomedical engineering. Currently serving as a Health Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science since May 2020, Ulas has consulted for C. Light Technologies and built predictive models for Multiple Sclerosis patients. Previous experience includes a Data Scientist Consultant role at C. Light Technologies, a Postdoctoral Scholar - Research Associate at the University of Southern California, and several research and teaching roles at the same institution. Ulas holds a PhD in Neuroscience, an MS in Medical Informatics, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, illustrating a strong foundation in technical and analytical skills. Notable achievements include enhancing data usability in neural processing studies and developing advanced models to analyze and predict brain activity.
