Yulin Ou

Yulin Ou is an accomplished data engineer and software developer with significant experience in implementing data systems and developing software solutions. Currently serving as an Insight Data Engineering Fellow at Insight Data Science, Yulin Ou has designed a database abstraction layer for access permission control and developed a RESTful API using Django in conjunction with PostgreSQL. Prior experience includes a software development engineer internship at Amazon, where Yulin Ou modeled product information in a Graph Database and facilitated data interaction through Gremlin queries and Graph Explorer, as well as a back-end/Java developer internship at Mobanker.com, focusing on feature implementation for a membership system. Yulin Ou holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
