Chris Richardson

Chris Richardson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and process development. Currently serving as a Senior Process Developer and Senior Service Delivery Manager at Insight since November 2020, Chris also participates as a member of the DASA Certification Review Panel with the DevOps Agile Skills Association since April 2023. Previously, Chris contributed as a Beta Tester for the ITIL® 4 Practice Manager at PeopleCert in early 2023. With a rich background that includes roles such as Operational Service Delivery Manager at proAV Limited and various positions in AV/IT engineering across leading firms like Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Chris has accumulated significant expertise in managing AV and IT solutions. Education includes a National Diploma in Music Technology from South Essex College of Further and Higher Education.
