Kalie Pierson is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Service Consultant at SMG - Service Management Group since May 2014, where responsibilities include leading multiple client projects, translating client needs into service solutions, and managing project communications. With a background that includes roles as Account Manager, Client Success Manager, and Account Analyst, Kalie has extensive experience in client relations and project management. Prior to SMG, Kalie held various marketing positions at the University of Central Missouri, focusing on housing and Greek life, and completed a marketing internship at Red Cross Pharmacy.
