Kate Savage

Kate Savage serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Insight since November 2022. Prior to this role, Kate held multiple executive positions at Capgemini from 2005 to November 2022, including Executive Vice President and Group HR Chief Operations Officer, where responsibilities encompassed leading global HR operations and executing a strategic roadmap for HRIS. Additionally, Kate functioned as Executive Vice President and North America Business Unit CHRO, contributed significantly to the North America Executive Committee, and was responsible for the HR strategy across multiple regions. Earlier in the career at Ernst & Young/CGEY, Kate served as Engagement Manager from 1999 to 2005. Kate holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communications with an emphasis on Organizational Design and Change Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, both from Colorado State University.
