Bre Decoppel

Breanne DeCoppel is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BlackBerry, responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, candidate sourcing, and relationship building with schools and internal stakeholders since May 2021. Breanne previously held roles as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and HR Operations Student, where responsibilities included managing candidate onboarding, supporting college recruiting programs, and processing HR documentation. Breanne is also a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association, actively participating in professional development events. Earlier experience includes positions as Inventory Auditor at Home Hardware Stores Limited and various roles at Starbucks and Vincenzo's. Breanne earned a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph.
