David Lowance

David Lowance has extensive work experience in the legal field. David served as the Chief Legal Officer at Insight Global, a national staffing and services company, from April 2013 onwards. Prior to that, they were a Partner at Alston & Bird LLP for over 14 years, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing transactions. David had a diverse client base spanning multiple industries, including health care, manufacturing, shipping, retail, telecommunications, technology, and banking and insurance operations. Lowance's tenure at Alston & Bird LLP lasted from September 1998 to April 2013.

David Lowance attended Princeton University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned their A.B. degree in the Woodrow Wilson School of Domestic and International Affairs. David then went on to study at the University of Virginia School of Law from 1995 to 1998, earning their J.D. degree.
