David Shawn Ruppert

David Shawn Ruppert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electrical inspection, project management, and supervision. Currently serving as a Field Project Manager at Insight Global since September 2025, David previously held the position of Senior Electrical Inspector at MBF Inspection Services, Inc., focusing on quality assurance and compliance during major construction and pipeline maintenance projects. With over 15 years of experience as a Journeyman and supervisor within IBEW Local Union #32, David has collaborated with various contractors in the Husky Refinery. David's earlier roles include LV IV Senior Lead E&I Inspection/QA-QC at Blackhawk Inspection and Consulting Inc. and extensive work as an electrician on diverse residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Educational credentials include an Associate of Arts from Penn State University, alongside a certificate in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from the same institution, supplemented by education at Rhodes State College and Apollo Career Center.
