Israr Khan

Israr Khan, MD, is currently serving as a Clinical Extern at University Health/Truman Medical Center since October 2021. In addition to this role, Israr Khan is actively involved as a Research Collaborator with Larkin Community Hospital and Cleveland Clinic, contributing to ongoing clinical research while volunteering remotely. Israr Khan also works as a Contact Tracing Specialist with Larkin Community Hospital, focusing on COVID-19 mitigation efforts and community education. Previous experience includes externships at CONYERS INTERNAL MEDICINE, IZ Medical LLC, and Hurley Medical Center, as well as participation in various volunteer roles with the Medical Reserve Corps and the State of Georgia Sickle Cell Mobile Clinic. Israr Khan obtained a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Bolan Medical College in Pakistan.
