Faisal al Shuaili

Faisal Al Shuaili is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with significant experience in leading cybersecurity operations and developing robust security policies. Currently serving as the Cybersecurity Operations Lead at Insight Information Security since April 2023, Faisal oversees a team of analysts focused on defending against cyber threats and refining incident response procedures. Previously, during an eight-year tenure with Royal Oman Police, Faisal held roles including Cyber Security Specialist, where leadership in policy development and security assessments was essential, and Senior SOC Analyst, responsible for monitoring and escalating suspicious activities. Earlier career experiences also include a role as a Computer Technician with responsibilities ranging from hardware repairs to IT support and an internship at DIAM, providing foundational IT support skills. Faisal holds a Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Technology and Applied Sciences.
