Jeff Jones

Jeff Jones is an accomplished professional in talent management and human resources with extensive experience in global leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Talent at Insight Investment since May 2018, Jeff previously held the position of Head of Human Resources for EMEA at PIMCO, overseeing a significant regional business with around $500 billion in assets. Notably, Jeff has also been the Global Head of Learning & Leadership Development at PIMCO, where responsibility included firm-wide leadership development during a period of substantial growth. Prior roles include Head of Leadership Assessment & Development at HSBC, Head of Management Development at Morgan Stanley, and Head of Executive Development at NatWest. Jeff holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from London Business School and a Master’s degree in Psychodynamic Consulting from HEC Paris.
