Gengbei Shi 石庚贝

Gengbei Shi has a rich and diverse work experience. They started their career as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at The EBMD lab in the Mechanical Engineering Department of UNC Charlotte from August 2006 to August 2012. They then worked as a Mechanical Engineer at the School of Architecture in UNC Charlotte from January 2013 to October 2013. Following that, Gengbei joined Aries Industries and held various roles such as Technical Support Engineer from December 2013 to May 2014, Service Manager (China) from May 2014 to September 2016, and General Manager of the Qingdao subsidiary from September 2016 to January 2018. In 2018, Gengbei joined Lifetech Scientific Corporation as a Product Manager from April 2018 to August 2018. Currently, they work at Insight Lifetech Co., Ltd. where they first held the role of Product Manager from September 2018 to March 2021, and currently function as the Manager of Medical Affairs.

Gengbei Shi earned a Bachelor of Engineering/Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tongji University between 2001 and 2006. Following this, Shi pursued further education and completed a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2006 to 2012.
