Lely Desimone

Lely DeSimone currently serves as Director of Executive Talent at Insight Partners, a prominent global venture capital and private equity firm, since June 2022. Prior to this role, Lely worked at True Search from June 2019 to May 2022, initially as Senior Associate in the CEO & Board Practice and earlier as Associate in the same practice.
