Michael Yamnitsky

Michael Yamnitsky is a Managing Director at Insight Partners, where he works with technical founders building developer-driven businesses from the earliest stages of company formation. He thrives partnering with founders pre-product-market fit and in early growth, the stage where real comradery forms around debates that will shape the course of a company for years to come.

Prior to joining Insight, Michael was the Director of Product Strategy at Datadog. He and his team delivered multiple new products in the security space, helping the company extend its reach into new markets at a time of hyper-growth. He was also a Venture Partner at Work-Bench, where he invested in early-stage developer tool companies like Cockroach Labs.

Michael holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS from Boston University.
