Shalva Gozland

Prior to joining Insight Partners, she worked at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, and at iAngels, an early-stage VC firm in Tel Aviv.

Shalva graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in PPE (Philosophy, Politics & Economics) and Consumer Psychology. While in college, she designed and conducted a qualitative study under the guidance of Dr. Angela Duckworth to investigate deliberate practice among world-class venture capital investors named to the Forbes Midas List. She is a proud alumna of Girls Who Invest.
