Matt Young

Matt Young is an experienced investment and strategy analyst currently working at NewRiver REIT, specializing in capital partnerships and balance sheet investment strategies. Prior to this, Matt served as an Investment Analyst and Research & Analytics Insight Analyst at Ellandi. Experience includes consulting and analytics roles at CACI Ltd and Highlight Games, where insights contributed to the launch of new products. Early career work included venture analysis at Pilot Lite Ventures, assisting multinational clients with market research, and various internships that provided exposure to financial operations, project planning, and consultancy within the real estate and engineering sectors. Matt holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Henley Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Nottingham.
