Shrushti Manikandan

Shrushti Manikandan is an experienced investor at Insight Partners, having joined the firm in 2023. Prior to this role, Shrushti held positions as a Product Manager at Microsoft, focusing on Cloud Operations and Innovation in 2022, and at Splunk, specializing in AIOps and IT Service Intelligence in 2021. Shrushti also participated as an Adobe Career Academy Fellow in 2021 and worked in Operations and Strategy at Helping Hands Community in 2020. Shrushti holds Bachelor's degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Engineering, and completed secondary education at Cherry Creek High School and Cornell University.
