Gerard Borda is the VP of People & Culture at Insight Sourcing Group. Gerard has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Prior to joining Insight Sourcing Group, they were the Director of HR at Start Smart HR and Synovus. Gerard has also held the position of Director, Integrated Talent Management Leader at Veritiv and VP, Leadership Development at SunTrust Bank.

Gerard Borda reports to Tom Beaty, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Jonathan Rutman - Director, Brian Houpt - EVP, and Anthony Godfrey - SVP & CFO.
