William Whitley

William Whitley is an experienced technical writer and editor with a strong background in marine engineering and project management. Currently employed at Insight Technology Solutions since August 2014, William specializes in developing Hull Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Procedures for various US Coast Guard product lines, leveraging extensive technical knowledge and site experiences. Prior to this role, William worked at The McHenry Management Group, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. William has also gained valuable hands-on experience as a Nuclear Marine Mechanic at Norfolk Naval Shipyard and as a Chief Machinery Technician in the United States Coast Guard. Additional experience includes managing operations at R Con Construction Inc., ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and quality control. William holds certificate programs in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning from Everest College and Advanced Technology Institute.
