Alexander Kavushansky

Alexander Kavushansky is a seasoned software engineering professional with over two decades of experience in the field. Since March 2001, Alexander has served as a SW Team Leader at InSightec, leading a team in the development of an application for non-invasive medical treatment that combines focused ultrasound energy with Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) within a soft real-time performance framework in Windows environments. Prior to this role, Alexander worked as a SW Engineer at both InSightec and World Imaging, where responsibilities included developing applications for medical treatments and creating a vector and aerial maps presentation tool, respectively. Additional experience includes positions at Pixel Multimedia, where Alexander developed a USAF fly simulator, and at Box Interactive, focused on database-driven websites. Alexander holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, obtained in 1998.
