Patrick O'Neal

Patrick O'Neal has a strong background in the medical industry, particularly in the field of neurosurgery. Patrick'smost recent position was as the Head of Product, Neurosurgery at INSIGHTEC, where they led product strategy for Incisionless Neurosurgery. Prior to that, they worked at Surgical Theater, first as a Clinical Applications Engineer, where they generated immersive VR/AR patient pathology views, and later as a Product Director and Product Manager, where they managed the development of deep learning algorithms and created an app for iOS. Patrick also has experience as a Territory Manager at Surgical West, Inc and as a Medical Device Sales Representative at West Coast Spine + Ortho, representing products and implants for spine and orthopedic surgery. Earlier in their career, Patrick worked as an Orthopedic Surgical Tech at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Patrick O'Neal attended Stanford University in 2020 for a User Experience (UX) Design program in Product Leadership and Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Gonzaga University in 2005 and another BS in Biology from Saint John's University in 2003. In June 2021, Patrick also obtained a certification in "Becoming an AI-First Product Leader" from LinkedIn.
