Zorana Stracenski

Zorana Stracenski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mental health and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Mental Health Counselor at Centar Inspera since March 2020 and a Talent Acquisition and People Development Manager at Insightful since December 2020, Zorana has been instrumental in creating recruitment strategies, overseeing onboarding and employee satisfaction surveys, and managing talent acquisition teams. Previously, Zorana held roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruitment Specialist at Ubisoft Belgrade, where responsibilities included managing full-cycle recruitment, enhancing candidate experiences, and spearheading employer branding initiatives. Zorana began a career in human resources with internships at several organizations, including Psychological Counseling Services Ltd., Nordeus, and Saga d.o.o. Beograd, and possesses an academic background in psychology, with degrees from the University of Belgrade and ongoing education in Transactional Analysis.
