Sean Kennealy

Sean Kennealy has a diverse work history encompassing various industries and roles. Sean started their career as a Finance Assistant in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they contributed to designing an Activity-Based Costing model. Sean then joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Associate, focusing on sales, incentives, and account management.

Afterward, Sean transitioned to GEICO, where they worked as an Auto Damage Adjuster, negotiating costs and managing millions of dollars in loss costs. Sean was later promoted to Auto Damage Supervisor, responsible for coaching a team and optimizing productivity based on data analysis.

In 2019, Sean attended App Academy, a 12-week web development course, where they gained proficiency in technologies like Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, MERN, SQL, and React/Redux.

Currently, they are working at Insightly as a Lead Solutions Engineer. Prior to this role, they served in different positions within the company, including Sr. Software & Solutions Engineer, where they contributed to developing CRM software using C# and .NET.
