Harlina Sodhi

Harlina Sodhi is an experienced professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the APAC Learning & Client Practitioner Consultant at Insights since November 2022, and co-founding Believe In Yourself, a platform for human change and transformation, in April 2018. With a career spanning over two decades, Harlina has held senior roles at prominent organizations including IDFC Bank, Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), Genpact, Zenta, GE, and Xerox, where responsibilities encompassed culture development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and learning strategies. Harlina holds a Digital Marketing Strategy certification from RMIT University and has degrees in business and English literature from leading institutions.
