Amol Fadnis

Amol Fadnis currently serves as the Director of IT at insightsoftware, a position held since October 2022, where efforts have concentrated on expanding IT capabilities in India to support global initiatives, successfully increasing the local IT team from 5 to 44 members and establishing a 20x5 Service Desk for over 20 countries. Prior to this, Amol was the Director of IT Services at Altera Digital Health from October 2007 to October 2022, helping to launch a centralized Service Desk and supervising a team of 19 representatives. Amol's career began as a Technical Support Engineer at vCustomer before advancing to a leadership role at WNS, managing 47 Technical Support Executives. Amol Fadnis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (1999-2002).
