Stacy West

Stacy West is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at insightsoftware. Stacy has previously held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Relias from April 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that, they were the Vice President, Marketing - MSP at SolarWinds MSP from July 2015 to April 2019. In this role, they managed the global go-to-market motion for the MSP group of SolarWinds (formerly LOGICnow & N-able). Before SolarWinds, Ms. West was the Vice President, Marketing & Communications at SciQuest from October 2012 to April 2015. In this role, they led the marketing and communications group responsible for driving 30% of the total sales pipeline annually.

Ms. West has a proven track record in increasing qualified leads and converting them to sales opportunities. In their role at SolarWinds, they increased organic search by 54%, page views by 37%, unique visits by 77%, and web lead conversions by 320%. At SciQuest, they increased qualified leads by 415% and conversions to sales opportunities by 443%. Stacy also increased website visits, page views, organic search visits and website lead conversions with flat marketing investment.
