Panos Savvas

Panos Savvas has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Panos currently works as the Head of Product at Insignis Cash since 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Director at Malden Hill Consulting starting from 2022. From 2015 to 2022, they founded and worked as the CTO of AkoniHub, an open banking innovator providing solutions to SMEs for better financial planning. Panos also held the position of Director at IGNEA IGNIS LTD., a consultancy providing technical and product advisory to the Finance and Banking industries. In addition, they have worked as an Interim CTO (part-time) at Hardlyeverwornit.com, a Change Management Project Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland, and as a Pricing and Risk Project Manager at IG. Earlier in their career, they served as an R&D Manager at Intelligent Environments, a Consultant at Logica, and as a Software Engineer at xit2 Limited.

Panos Savvas has an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the London Business School, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Panos also holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Distributed Systems from the University of Brighton, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Essex, which they completed from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in 2014, Agile Project Manager (Foundation) from APMG-International in 2013, and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in 2010.
