Akhil Ajayakumar Menon is a Quality Assurance Specialist at INSION GmbH, specializing in the creation and implementation of Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards, with a strong focus on CAPA and 8D methodologies for continuous improvement. Previously, Akhil conducted a master's thesis at Medical Innovations Incubator GmbH, where insights into the reimbursement challenges faced by medical start-ups were explored, addressing essential strategies related to DiGA, DRG, and NUB listings.
