Sunaina Shivnani

Sunaina Shivnani serves as the Director and NCR Practice Head at INSIST Consulting since May 2022, contributing to a boutique executive search firm established by experienced professionals in the field. Prior to this role, Sunaina was a Partner at Accord India from November 2020 to April 2022, specializing in CXO and specialist searches for various organizations. Sunaina's extensive experience includes a position as Director at RGF Executive Search, where Sunaina worked from September 2013 to November 2020, following the acquisition of Stanton Chase-India. Sunaina's career began as a Consultant at Stanton Chase International from 2005 to 2010 and included a managerial role in the People and Change Practice at KPMG Management Consulting from April 2010 to September 2013. Sunaina holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and a dual M.A. in Labour Law and Labour Welfare, alongside a B.A. (Hons) in English Language and Literature from notable institutions, including Symbiosis and Delhi University.
