Jimmy Secor

Jimmy Secor has a long and varied work experience. Jimmy began their career in 2008 as a Basketball Coach at Glendora High School. In 2010, they took on a role as a Recruiter Trainee at Kforce Technology Staffing. In 2011, they became an Inside Sales Rep at Vivint. From 2012-2014, they worked at Kforce Technical Staffing as a Talent Identification Specialist. In 2014, they moved to Robert Half Technology, where they worked as a Recruiting Manager. In 2015, they became the President of Mountain West Staffing. Finally, in 2016, they joined HealthEquity as a Director, Talent Partners and Sr. Manager, Talent Partners. In 2022, they will become the Director of Recruiting at Insite AI.

Jimmy Secor attended Utah Valley University from 2006 to 2011. Jimmy has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in 2020, including Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander, Communicating Across Cultures, Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, and Unconscious Bias.
