Carly Freeman's work experience includes positions at various companies. Carly worked as the Head of Customer Services at Insite Energy from December 2020 to present, and as the Customer Service Manager from August 2019 to December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Wave Utilities as the Credit Control Team Leader from August 2018 to August 2019 and as the Payment Processing Team Leader from October 2016 to August 2018. Carly also held roles at Anglian Water Business as a Business Process Analyst from April 2016 to October 2016 and as a System Tester from October 2015 to April 2016. Before that, they worked as a System Manager at Connections DMC Mauritius from March 2014 to December 2014, and as a Technical Writer & Quality Assurance at MastERPiece - Mining ERP Solutions from July 2012 to December 2013.

Carly Freeman attended the International School of Monaco from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained an IB (International Baccalaureate) degree.
