Matt Wary

Matt Wary currently serves as the Director and Real Estate Manager at InSite Real Estate, where responsibilities include the acquisition, development, and operation of industrial, office, and retail properties across the nation since June 2022. Prior to this role, Wary was an Investment Sales Broker at CONLON Commercial from January 2021 to June 2022, specializing in net lease dispositions, acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, sale-leasebacks, valuation analysis, and joint venture equity sourcing. Wary also gained experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from May 2019 to May 2020, interned at BCH Wealth Management, LLC in 2018, and worked as a Law Intern at The Sotos Law Firm in 2017. Wary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, obtained in 2019.
