Nicki Purcell

Nicki Purcell has a long and varied work experience. Nicki began their career in 1997 as a PR Account Manager at Meltzer & Martin PR. In 1999, they moved to Nortel Networks as a Senior Global Brand Manager. In 2001, they joined Firehouse, Inc. as the Head of Business Development, reporting to the CEO. In 2003, they began their tenure at Nokia, where they held roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately as an officer in the company. Her roles included Head of Operations- North America, Head of Online Sales, and Marketing Director, North America. In 2013, they moved to The Dallas Morning News as the Chief Digital Officer, Senior Vice President, and P&L. Nicki was responsible for gaining new forms of revenue across the digital landscape. In 2018, they joined Lifeblue as the Chief Executive Officer. During their time there, Lifeblue was honored by the SMU Cox School of Business as one of the top 100 fastest-growing privately held companies in North Texas, and named one of the top 100 Best Places to Work by the Dallas Business Journal. Currently, Nicki is the President of Insite, where they champion the mission of humanizing technology that contributes and keeps up with an evolving world.

Nicki Purcell has a Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied Marketing and Business. Nicki then completed the Sulzberger Leadership Program Fellowship at Columbia University - Graduate School of Journalism. After that, they attended Harvard Business School for Digital Marketing Executive Education. Additionally, they earned a Graduate Marketing Certificate from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business in 2000-2001.
