Scott Dobbs

Scott Dobbs is a skilled payroll specialist with extensive experience in payroll management, financial analysis, and audit services. Currently employed at Insitu Inc since August 2017, Scott previously served as an Audit Associate at RH3 Holdings, where responsibilities included capital asset evaluation and financial statement preparation. Prior to that, Scott worked for the City of Billings for nearly nine years as a Payroll Accountant/Human Resources Analyst, overseeing payroll for over 1,000 employees and implementing HRIS/ERP software. Additional experience includes managing operations as a Court Administrator and conducting audits at Eide Bailly LLP. Scott began a career in the structural drafting field at CTA Architects Engineers while earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Montana State University Billings.
