Christine Berg

Christine Berg currently serves as the Global Head of Medical Excellence at Insmed Incorporated, beginning in April 2024. Prior to this role, Christine held various leadership positions at Novartis from June 2008 to April 2024, including VP, Head of Field Medical, and VP, Head of Medical Strategy & Impact, overseeing approximately 200 Medical Science Liaisons and Field Leaders across multiple therapeutic areas. Christine's key accomplishments include deploying a field medical model to enhance clinical trial execution and KOL engagement as well as leading transformational initiatives to integrate Pharma and Oncology Medical Affairs. Experience also includes significant roles in GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson & Johnson. Christine holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Rutgers University.
