Kelsi Brown

Kelsi Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Associate for University Programs and Inclusion at Insmed Incorporated since December 2021, Kelsi has held various roles, including Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Prior to Insmed, Kelsi worked at Peloton Interactive as a Recruiting/Onboarding Coordinator and at EnformHR, LLC as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant. Kelsi's early career includes positions at PVH Corp. as an Account Support Analyst and at Double G Sports as a Staff Assistant. Kelsi holds a Master's degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers University, completed between 2018 and 2020, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University–New Brunswick obtained in 2018.
