William Eyer

William Eyer has a diverse work experience in IT and security roles. William started working at Associated Press in 2012 as the Deputy Director of Networks and Security. In 2018, they began their independent consulting career and also joined Insmed Incorporated as a Senior Security Consultant. In their time at Insmed, they progressed to become the IT Security Manager and later the Associate Director of IT Infrastructure and Security. William 'swork experience spans a range of responsibilities and expertise in the field of IT and security.

William Eyer attended Lincoln Tech from 1977 to 1978, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Electronics Technology. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired several certifications. In April 2022, they completed the "Presenting Technical Information with Stories" course at LinkedIn. In May 2020, they completed the "Learning the OWASP Top 10" course, and in August 2019, they finished the "Penetration Testing Essential Training" course, both also obtained through LinkedIn.
